The current traffic light system uses a lot of fixed time signals. Fixed signals cause jams in one or several lanes due to congestion. On the other hand, emergency vehicles cannot get their rights maximum density these vehicles. This study aims build an intelligent with vehicle sensor device and smartphone application increase accuracy timing parse density. Furthermore, emergency, they can still overcome accelerate speed passing by manually intervening through connected wirelessly light. is made Arduino Bluetooth Control (ABC), HC-05, Mega 2560, infrared (IR) E18-D80NK. results show that green setting based on input from IR both near (NS) far (FS) work well.
